5.0 out of 5 stars Good for baseball too, July 5, 2006

We use these for batting practice -- promotes hand eye coorination.

But whether for golf or baseball, the idea is you can practice mechanics without the balls going too far, making it easy to pick up after. They work, they last.

5.0 out of 5 stars The feel of a genuine Wiffle plastic!, October 15, 2008

You know that sort of soft, slightly flexy, and smoooth plastic that Wiffle baseballs have? These golf balls use it, too.

I don't know about you but I love it. Especially when I'm throwing the harder knock-off brand plastic balls with all their little prickly slivers sticking out and whatnot.

Anyway, these balls feel good in the hand, have a nice weight to them, and come off the bat very crisply. Yes, "bat." I don't golf.

My kids love to play with these balls, too, for hitting and throwing and also for general ball games on the floor in the house.

Note that this plastic, like all others I've seen, will embrittle if left in the sun. Not as much, perhaps, as other balls but enough to break when hit next year.
