I have been a Titlelst guy for a long time however....I picked up a lost ball one day (Wilson Staff 50 Elite) ball and found Nirvana. This ball has a fantastic feel from tee to green. Just the right amount of softness, excellent control and for those of us who are broke homeowners very durable (providing you stay outt the "Lumberyard" (for you Caddyshack fans)and a much more reasonable price than most golf balls on the market.

My only complaint, with all due respect to Amazon, I wish I could buy it locally at the sporting goods store, (nobody seems to carry Wilson Staff Products in the Washington DC Metropolitan area) however....thanks to Amazon I have it delivered right to the front door

If you are looking to try out a new ball, give the Wilson Staff 50 Elite a try. I think you will like it.

This ball is great. I've shot some of my best scores with it. It was hard to find lately. Not your usual golf stores sell them anymore. I'm glad I found them at amazon, and great price to go along. I'll be ordering more in the future

These are low compression balls for people (like me) with slower swing speeds. However, I get as good if not better results with the Top Flite D2 Straight balls. The distance is about the same and the Top Flite helps to correct a slice or hook better than the Wilson 50s.
***UPDATE 9/19/11***
It was a cool day at the course (mid 50's) last week, so I decided to try a few low compression balls that I haven't used for a while, including these. I played 27 holes using Slazenger Feel, Intech Limbo, and the Wilson 50's. Of the three I had the least luck with the Wilsons. The others had plenty of distance and loft, but the Wilsons felt "dead" off the club and I lost a few on some water holes that I normally have no problem with. So, I stand by my earlier review...I cannot recommend these. As a matter of fact, I'm downgrading my rating from 3 to 2 stars.
